Changes to the Podcast
I'm changing the format of my podcasts to hopefully make them more engaging. Although the topics in my earlier views are fascinating, they're really more appropriate for a written blog entry where topics can be covered in greater detail. So instead of having one topic that I discuss for ten minutes, I decided to break my podcast into three segments.

The first segment of the podcast covers what I've been working on that week as a composer. So that way, everyone who watches the podcast can keep track of the progress I make on my music. I will from time to time, discuss new releases, gig announcements, and answer viewer questions if there are any. If you would like to ask me a question, just send it to adam (AT) adambuker.com.

The next segment deals with my musings for the week on topics pertaining to the philosophy of music composition or even philosophy in general. I anticipate that with most of these I'll have a blog post that covers the week's topic in greater detail and/or posted links to relevant articles on other sites.

The final segment deals with other things that I like and despise. Usually, I'll be reviewing recordings, books on music, and music related websites. Sometimes, I'll post reviews of items that aren't directly related to music if I think that they may be of interest to the viewers like works of art, movies, fiction, etc. I won't have any formalized system of rating items. However, I'll usually recommend with enthusiasm, recommend with some reservations (and explain what those are), or recommend that you avoid it like the plague.

Let me know what you think of the new podcast format. Send a message to me through YouTube, Facebook, or Twitter. You can also send me an email to the address that I mentioned above.

Thanks for watching, I've enjoyed doing these videos so far.
